Also as far as how high the temperature is "allowed" I think it's up to 118. Having the oven at 175 with the door open isn't truly 175 but anyways the falafal was great tasting.dreaminitveganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13036912040629825367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4985466762499284470.post-37111114565212328892010-01-06T12:23:33.723-08:002010-01-06T12:23:33.723-08:00I'm hooked on raw kale too. I have been meaning to make that falafel, putting it on the menu for next week! :) Great meals!!

My acupuncturist had me eating all cooked and "warm" foods a few months back, I did it for about 2 months, now I am back to high raw and I feel better then ever!! :)Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04604323741174746194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4985466762499284470.post-57016001534231830292010-01-06T11:08:06.921-08:002010-01-06T11:08:06.921-08:00now I will be honest with you... I am curious though about the 175 degree oven setting with the door open that you used to make these falafels. What is the highest temperature allowed for raw food?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
